As any owner of an iPhone will know, the idea of being able to surf the net any time anywhere straight from your iPhone at no extra charge is a luxury that only Apple could have brought about so well. It is a massive step into the future of mobile internet. What is no so great is the fact that surfing the net, or having the Wi-Fi on really eats up the battery life.

The new iPhone 3G external battery can be simply clipped into the charging port, and will easily give a few extra hours of battery life to your iPhone. It looks awesome, as it must to be worthy of being an accessory for any Apple product, and the flashing blue lights on the battery gives it a 'wow' factor, making all you're your friends say, "ooh, what does that do?"

The only real downside to this product is just the fact that it's there! You'll be surfing the internet as usual on your iPhone and you'll have to hold up the extra weight of a battery along with it, not to mention having to be careful not to snap it off and break both the battery and the iPhone socket simultaneously.

All in all though, this is a great product, and a wonderful addition to any iPhone 3G. This external battery will give you many more hours surfing the net from your sofa or anywhere else, for that matter. At a very reasonable price for what it gives, it's definitely worth a buy.
