Android Enterprise Adoption of Ground profits from the iPhone and Blackberry

Enterprise adoption. Not two of the most exciting words that come to mind in a sea of shiny new phones and tablets, but the Holy Grail for each phone manufacturer. These good people of theirtailoredsuits and economical cars, German companies accounted for a large and profitable part of the smartphone market;. One that is still dominated by the RIM Blackberry and

So what now Android features in the structure of the enterprise? Well, the stats only show fromresearchinstitute ahealthyuptake ChangeWave in the company for Android adoption within three months from May 2010 or August 2010. In August, Android currently sits around 16% mark(all smartphone OS in use), with a commanding 31% of the iPhone and Blackberry OS perspective of 66%.

what it is worth noting, is a 4% increase in Android made these three months, compared with 1% gain by the iPhone OS and losses, 3% of the Blackberry OS. No doubt many factors contribute to this, but the main one isundoubtedlythe Microsoft Exchange support, which came in the Android 2.1 and was enriched in 2.2. Enterprise RIM / Blackberry installation costs chunk of change only in the server software and quickly mounted as the company add users. Android and iPhone eliminate this, speaking directly to Exchange(or, alternatively GMail for Android).

Increasing use Android in business is all great news and could lead to better applications, better phones and accessories better. We will berevisitingthe statistics in the next 3 months.
