1) Switch Easy Rib Cage Case for iPad combines a sleek case with a functional, but strange looking rib cage that serves as a protect your iPad. The case rib portion is made of hardened plastic to protect your iPad's screen and the cover is made of faux leather that would be PETA compliant.

If you don't mind the boney dinosaur look that a paleontologist would love, the case provides great value. Included is two stands (black and white) that allow both landscape and portrait viewing angles as a well as a free screen protector, micro-fiber cleaning cloth, and applicator. Screen protector's alone retail for $20 on the cheap side so we would recommend this case out of function and value.

2) Gecko Gear is a company based out of Australia that has a history of developing premium accessories for Apple products and laptops. Similar to previous cases they developed for the iPhone and iPad, the newly released Gecko Glove case is a sleek silicon case made for the iPad. It comes in three colors pink, black, and white. Included in the package is a screen protector and micro fiber cleaning cloth. The silicon gives the device a non slip surface to grasp while allowing users full access to all ports and buttons. Retailing for $30 Australian dollars, the case provides modest value. Buyers of this case should purchase a stand for your iPad as this case does not include one.

3) We were fortunate to receive a pre-release of this luxurious leather case from Tuff Luv. Retailing at $59.99, it's one of the more expensive cases but in our opinion it is the best iPad case for those seeking a stylish business case or premium leather case. There is simply no other case on the market that goes with your business attire as this one. Made of hand crafted Napa leather; the Tuff Luv case combines the functionality of a business portfolio, iPad case, and stand into one streamlined package.

We were very impressed with how Tuff Luv thought through how the mobile warrior would use this case. Unlike those snappy Apple commercials, many consumers of the iPad will not be using the device at home, sitting on their couch with the feet propped up. If you go to school, o to work, or visit coffee shops you'll love the functionality of this case. Stylish and sleek, you will not sacrifice aesthetics for ruggedness and functionality. The Napa leather was of high quality and soft. It was very scratch resistant when we tested with our nails, pens, a mail opener, and other items you would find in a home or office. The Napa leather is extremely soft and there is no need to break it in with any type of conditioner.

The built in stand feature allows you to view the iPad in landscape (i.e. horizontal) mode with a full 70 degree viewing angle. Other than the premium price, our only other grip about this product is that you had to snap and unsnap to change viewing angles. This takes an extra few seconds but we can see the benefits after a quick train ride during our testing. The benefit of this simple and effective snap system is that your iPad is secured in the viewing angle of your choice, standing upright and fixed to the base backing through rough trips. (Think of what happens when you hit turbulence on a plane trip)
