OLPC , One Laptop Per Child is a nonprofit humanitarian foundation created thanks to financial support of the largest computer(Dell Vostro 1520 battery) companies in the world who together have donated 12 million dollars. At the completion of the first $ 100 laptop , an objective reached and passed , now they follow more of them

The next PC will come out the OLPC XO- 1.75 , with Sugar OS operating system , introduced for the first time on this system . This system is based on RedHat and it's already downloaded on the Internet to try it on your computer(Dell XPS M1710 battery). The processor is a Marvell , and the basic architecture is ARM compatible .

The display is 8.9 inch touchscreen, with the help of a physical keyboard . The appearance is that of a netbook , of course at low cost.

The XO -3 will be released in 2012 and will have a similar architecture and a hardware-based all'XO -1 .75 , while the design is completely different, remember that a tablet with touch screen and full screen without keyboard . Both models will be equipped with a multitouch display Pixel Qi , to make computer use more intuitive . Other details were not given , except for a few photos of the finished device .

The device will cost under $ 100 , remaining in line with the prices of the foundation. The main objective is indeed to ensure poor countries and developing the use of computers(Apple A1185 battery) and possibly the Internet. By giving these children a tool such as a PC , it definitely increases the processing capacity and above all confidence in a better future world . The birth of the foundation , and its operation, is a symptom of growing attention and sincere to the problems of the 3rd world , which should not be totally neglected.
